Event Description
Dos and Dn'ts of Installation of CNC grinding machines:
1. Carefully inspect the new wheel, any wheel with cracks and scratches is strictly prohibited.
2. Two times of carefully static equilibrium test on the wheels is required. To be specific, once before the installation, and the other after mounted on the spindle and then remove with a diamond amendment.
3. Installation of a new grinding wheel, a paper pad with thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm should be filled between the wheel and the flange lining. Flange screws internal grinders should be tightened evenly, but do not compress too heavy, in case of broking the wheel.
4. After installing the new wheel, rotate the wheel in the speed of not less than five minutes of idling in a working speed, in order to confirm that the installation is correct. After testing, you can use the cnc grinder.
5. Before work, check if the front wheel and wheel cover are intact without breaking up, properly installed, tightened and reliable. No wheel cover are not allowed to start the machine.
