TOOLS for HEART-CENTERED LOVE!
Each couple has their own personal and private table to interact with your partner in privacy as you do communication exercises together, learn which patterns cause distance between you both, grow together to become a closer couple again. Couples want to learn TOOLS to raise love to a higher level. These workshops are great for beginners who want to be introduced to couples therapy and learning healthier patterns with each other ...as well as couples who are already in couples therapy! Exercises are designed to guide you and your partner in using the tools for more open communication and to be less defensive, in order to "hear" each other's feelings. You learn tools to be more a more heart-centered couple together. A workshop is a warm confidential setting to become a more nourishing partner with each other. Workshops are for couples in therapy as well as for those who have never had any therapy. You will be working with your partner and will be using tools, doing practice exercises, and receiving materials to help you both feel closer. The workshops offer couples a convenient, affordable way to have couples therapy and grow out of being stuck! All workshops are limited in size so call and reserve your space.
