Juan's Restaurante

Pre- Hispanic Mexican cuisine featuring menu items from several different towns of Mexico. Along with both breakfast, lunch and dinner, Juan's is La Casa de Los Moles. Featuring 9 different moles that have been incorporated to both breakfast and lunch. Juan's menu is very unique in that all dishes are traditionally prepared and served with the highest quality to each guest. Enjoy Juan's food in at the restaurant or have us bring it to your next event. Catering is also a specialty, providing many alternatives to generic catering for corporate parties, quince anos, weddings, or small private parties, nothing too big, nothing too small.

Brands Carried: Juan's menu has captured many unique flavors and aromas, with this we also decided to capture the best flavors to accompany them. Juan's proudly pours Hope Family Wines' Liberty School, Candor, and Westside Red. Each of these finely crafted wines have been hand picked and paired with each of our Moles to ensure the greatest flavors are captured. Along with select wines, Juan's features Aguas Frescas(Fresh Water) every day. From the traditional Horchata to Agua de Obispo, all are sugar free.

Atmosphere: Casual, elegant, and a step back in time. Juan's music that has been selected to play is that of the Pre- Hispanic era, which is very peaceful, soothing, and contributes to the style in which the food is served and the flavors that have been explored and put into each dish.

Awards: Executive Chef Rocio Camacho who has designed our featured Mole, has been awarded by the LA Times for "Best Mole" in Los Angeles. We are very fortunate to have her contributing to our new food experience in Baldwin Park.
