Welcome to the Hearthstone Restaurant, located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Breckenridge, Colorado. Since we opened in 1989, the historic, 125- year-old Kaiser House, has been a local’s favorite for hand cut steaks, game and fresh seafood. Executive Chef Michael Halpin creates our menu highlighting the very best of the Rocky Mountain Region’s locally farmed seasonal products, including meats, fish, artisan cheeses and fresh produce. His culinary staff prepares each dish with a commitment to the highest quality. Come as you are and share our richly decorated Victorian-era home while you take in the beautiful views across town to the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Enjoy a perfectly chilled martini and delicious appetizers during happy hour in our upstairs lounge or in the summer, outside on the patio among the wildflowers and the aspens.
