Front Range Equine Rescue works to save abused and neglected horses from being starved to death or sent to kill lots. It's a tough job with heart aches here and there, but the general relief of knowing that even one horse is living because we worked together to save their life is a rewarding feeling. After the rescued horses have recuperated and are well enough to be ridden, they undergo training assessment and are then placed up for adoption to qualified homes. We work to prevent abuse and neglect of horses by not only rescuing them, but edudcating the public about equine issues.
