I usually don't review businesses even when their service is not the best but this time not only it cost me so much stress but a lot of money! They did the taxes for my family for a long while, you pay for their services and trust they'll do what needs to be done, well 2011 we have received a letter from IRS stating we owe taxes for 2008 and not showing the form (my husbands earnings!) well couple of thousands dollars later and adjusting everything we are still making payments becuase we cannot afford to pay in full, now months later, right before Christmas, we have recieved yet another letter from Colorado DEpt.of Revenue stating that due to mistake made we owe money from 2008!!! I have called their office to ask for their help and to make sure they fix the problem and still no answer, if your tax person can't back you up it makes me wonder...! Unreliable, unprofessional and they've casued us stress and we drain our account every month for their mistakes!
