The fun starts in a party when we drink and chat with our friends, but what if suddenly you find yourself super drunk outside your apartment and can’t find you keys. That is exactly what happened to me last week. Called one of my friends to help me out. And so they did, they called the most capable people to open my door for me. Though I was drunk they did not took advantage with the amount I paid, but hey… some tip won’t hurt right?

Looking after my paralyzed father is a hand full. I never wanted him to be on a care home because I think that would worsen his condition. I am the one who takes care of him in the morning and my brother in the evening. One day I was feeding him and heard the phone ring down stairs. Believe me being locked is not a fun thing. I was so traumatized that in the middle of the night I had nowhere to go. I called my mom and she told me to call 24 hr lockouts. I was out on a date with my girl and after we had dinner I brought her home. We immediately bid goodbye, but after I took a few steps towards my car she called me again. Now I have done this before and it took the guy an hour and 45 minutes to get there. If you think you are going to break into your car yourself take a lesson from me. You won’t, and you’ll probably mess your vehicle up in the process. Something I can attest to. To this day when it rains…its rains on my left arm. That’s because I destroyed my rubber seal with the only metal hanger I had left in my closet. Best tip I could give to someone else. Well I will have to spend about $1000 to fix my car from my failed attempts to break into it myself. How sad is it that I couldn’t even smash my own window with a giant rock? I must have hit the side of my car 5 times because I was scared of the flying glass that never happened. Today I decided to take Zoey to the dog park. I get out of the barb to let her out and she must have gotten so excited and jumped in the lock button locking me out and her in. Blizzards are bad. What makes them worse is being locked out in the middle of one. I came outside to warm my car up. Next thing I know the doors are locked! So I have a 2007 Corvette. Supposedly it’s impossible to lock the keys in this thing. Haha yeah right. Wait till the battery dies and your keys are in there. There’s not even door handles on this freaking car but hour lockouts showed up and this locksmith worked his magic to get my doors open so I could jump my Corvette. Those darn keys they give you for your storage unit locks are awfully easy to lose. I found this out the hard way. I went and bought bolt cutter to get this “disc lock” off. No way was that thing being chopped off. So my wife finally talked some sense into me. I called 24 hour lockouts and he didn’t chop saw or bang the lock off. He picked the supposedly unpickable lock right open. Good fast and reliable.

It’s always the things you put off that end up costing you the most. Take my situation for example. I had 1 key that worked my front door. And zero keys that worked the garage door. I kept telling myself id replace that lock. I never did. Besides why would I? I had a perfectly good garage door opener. In fact I didn’t even keep my front door key on my car key chain. Well my garage door must have reset itself and it would open. I had to call a locksmith. 24hour lockout’s was the company I chose. The locksmith got me back in my house and rekeyed my garage door to match my front door. Now I keep a spare in the garage.

Well what’s better than returning home from Afghanistan…..Returning home from Afghanistan to find out your keys are locked in the car by your loving wife (soon to be ex) who ran off with someone else and put your truck in storage. Yeah so anyways I call a 24 hour lockouts. The locksmith shows up unlocks the car and guess what…my battery is dead. He spends the next 30 minutes trying to charge my battery enough to start. No such luck. He then drives me to a auto parts store to buy a new battery….and helps me put it in. No extra charge. After that he gives me a discount for serving our country. I gave him a tip for being so awesome. Thanks
