Terrible, got collection calls from trade in because of delayed check, took three weeks. Salesman promissed Android Auto Play, yet it doesn't work. Called service department about update for Autoplay, and asked me how I knew their was an update rather then try to help me (it is listed on the Chevrolet website ). Then gave VIN number and they stated my tuck wasn't mine and their records showed it on the lot (I had owned for 2 months). Complete joke, will never do business with this dealership again.

My wife and I arrived at the dealership about 1 pm, left about 6 pm.We were set to leave about 5 but noticed the check engine light was on on a brand new vehicle luckily the service dept. was still open it was repaired still not sure what was wrong, but after a two hour drive each way to the dealership it was a long drawn out day.

Anthony makes buying a car so easy, and ensures it is a great experience. Although this is a super busy dealership everyone is very friendly. I worked with Anthony via email to help do my research to find what truck was best for me. It made the process even easier, plus he is very knowledgeable. He made sure all of my questions were answered. I couldn’t ask for a better salesman. I really love the fact that he is never one of the pushy sales people that everyone is scared of when you go out to a dealership. Mario was awesome. I really appreciated his effort to help me find my car and get to a payment that satisfied the both of us. However, I was supposed to be paying for 72 months and last minute someone packed on an extra 3 months. I ended up signing for 75 months because I wasn't going to back out after being there for 5 hours. That wasn't cool or honest. I don't blame Mario at all, I blame the appraisal staff and the general manager for letting their staff jip people of their money.

Came in to check out a car I had seen online. Staff was of course very friendly from the get go. When it came time to discuss price and financing, that's when their true colors as a dealership and employees showed. THEY WERE FANTASTIC! They literally did everything in their power to get us comfortable with the purchase and we were able to negotiate a deal better than we could have anticipated. The finance department was friendly, timely and again worked very hard to get the best deal for us. There was a hiccup or two in the buying process, such as a small scratch being made in the tint of the front winshield by the enployees taking the sticker off, but no biggie because they offered to completely retint the front winshield to fix it. Awesome. Second hiccup, the financing we were promised, agreed on, assured on and signed on, fell through two days later, all the numbers, rates, prices, down payment amounts...EVERYTHING fell though we were going to have to put a significant amount MORE down to keep the car. PANIC MODE. After conveying our stress and unpleasantness at that news, again they went above an beyond and made the situation right. They negotiated an even BETTER deal than we originally had and kept us in the car, even though it meant they took a large profit cut.

Anthony was helpful in finding the vehicle I need and answered questions. I ended up leaving the dealership with new car and returned my leased car. When I drove home with new car, I received phone call from the finance department informed me that the new registration was still in the office and wasn't given to me with other documents. I have to drive back to get it. It was Friday afternoon during rush hour. Afer l left the dealership the second time, while driving on the I-10 freeway, I noticed that low tire pressure indicator was on, tire pressures were in the ranges of 29 to 32 of the recommended 38 psi. This should have been checked prior to the delivery. The gas tank was only half full (noticed it while driving). The delivery of the vehicle was less than satisfactory. There was trash from fast food wrapping paper were not removed from front passenger door compartment. I had to picked it up myself and gave it to Anthony. So this was the worst delivery experience of my 8th automobile transactions. Please note that I bought my first brand new car from your dealership in 1996 which I remembered I had good experience.
