Bath & Body Works

I purchased a gift card for my daughter at Metro Center Bath and Body Works. My daughter didn't receive the card. Typically it takes two weeks for mail to arrive in Wa when sent from Az. On Monday when I was at christown spectrum mall I stopped in at Bath and Body Works. A woman named Diana told me I was stupid for sending a gift receipt with a gift card in the mail like the girl at Bath and Body Works Metro Center told me to do upon purchase. Diana also told me that it's just common sense to take a picture of the gift card . She gave me the 1 800 number and told me to take the reciept back to Metro Center. After School and volunteering I stopped inMetro Center Bath and Body Works. a girl named Sarah stated she was new and had to make a phone call to see what to do. she called Diana at christown Bath and Body Works who told her to do nothing because I waited too long to bring in the receipt so Sara told me she wouldn't do anything even after I showed her the instant messaging conversation with my daughter stating she didn't.receive the card. I am a full time student, a single mom, an artist at an art studio for an art gallery, head cook for the homeless, volunteer teaching a class called the new you through hygiene and grooming to help women with low self esteem gain self confidence, go to church two times a week Bible study 1 time a week and Bible talk another time during the week. 3 weeks after purchase bringing in receipt I think was pretty good timing in my schedule. don't call customers stupid and tell them that they don't have common sense
