In 2010/11 We used Val Moore Realty to rent our house in SW Huntsville and the tenant she placed in our house had a history of not paying his rent/bills, Val Moore fabrications of the tenant’s good character and background to us were NOT true, AND she does not even bother to doing a proper screening or credit check of the tenants. She knew this same tenant owed another of her clients for three months rent and STILL moved this tenant into our house. As our property manager she refused to start collecting late fees and even refused to start the eviction process costing us an additional lost of four Months rent totally $6,000. She refused to turn over the security deposit & the nonrefundable deposit knowing the tenant owed us 7 months rent. We would not do business with Val Moore realty again and suggest you really check out other property manager in Huntsville. UPDATE OCT 2011 Val Moore Realty has moved this same tenant owing us $10,000 in unpaid rent into another Huntsville home under her control, need we say more?
