She is the proud owner of Dilcia's Hair Care, located at 4306 Hollywood Boulevard. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday. Dilcia's also opens on Mondays upon special requests.
Her friendly and experienced staff specializes in all types of hair! From hair coloring and styling, to infusions, weaving, Keratin, extensions.
