Dr. David Marconi of Family Medicine (board certified) joined my medical practice Feb of 2022. We are a full service primary care medical home for our patients. Common terms to describe our business model include Direct Primary Care, Concierge Medicine, Wellness, Holistic and most accurately a membership practice.
We enjoy full hospital privileges and are unencumbered from conflicts of interest as it relates to being doctors for our patients. We don't accept payments from insurance companies nor government sources. We are a stand alone and independent medical practice, designed by us for optimal patient access and service.

Dr. Kordonowy has been practicing medicine in Fort Myers since he left residency in 1993. He is a fierce patient advocate and used this term long before it became a marketing tool in the health care market. He writes on Substack and maintains his initial blog site called TheDoctorsReport.net where he educates about health care economics and the follies of allowing insurance companies and the US government pay for and run health care.
