Awful, they are there to help you get back to work in a comparable work profession. They lie and trick you into signing a vocational plan. The manager state that the AA program you are in is category of clerical and that they put all business in clerical because they do not have a separate category. I stated that this does not seem right. Then before you are able to finish they cut your program and state you are able to get a clerical fob at minimum wage. The vocational counselor calls you and harasses you and screams on phone with threats that they are sending in report to cut benefits if you cannot talk at that particular time and ask to call back later. Everyone in the room could hear this guy yelling threats to me. I had to turn off my phone because he kept calling back. If you are involved with them have the correct information on paper. They are deceitful.
