We also have a child that attended Expo Nov 2012 and we had nothing but a wonderful experience. I worked in this business in New York City and I know the in and outs of this business. Immortelle is the best or our granddaughter would not be with them. All head shots and comps everyone received on time and Imortelle is in good standings with Expo. Some kids get call backs and some do not ... no guarantees ever made by Immortelle ... The self esteem is what Immortelle promotes and this agency is the BEST!!!

Do not use this agency. They allowed their students, parents, and representive to attend November 2012 expo and had not fully paid fees to expo that they collected from students. They also did not supply comp cards and headshot bios to some of the students that were promised. We had to run all over Dallas and at our own expense have those things made. It was only because of the generosity of the expo team that the kids got to compete. IMF I could give them zero stars I would.
