Anyone can visit our office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, for a free estimate. Estimates do not require any appointment, however if the week days don't work out for you, we can schedule an appointment for an estimate on Saturdays. Estimates usually take about 20 minutes to complete, depending on the extent of the damage. If you would like to have seperate estimates done for different repairs we can do that for you as well. Bring down your car, truck, motorcycle, watercraft, or snowmobile. Extensive damage to quick fixes well be happy to help you with anything you need. We can give you a general estimate over the phone or through E-Mail but it can be quite difficult without inspecting the car. Should you choose to have your vehicle repaired at the time of an estimate, we can also schedule you in and give you a date of completion. If your insurance company has already given you an estimate, you can email it, fax it, or bring it in to the office and well take care of the rest for you. Whether your insurance company asks you to take your vehicle to Mark 2 Collision center or another repair facility, the choice is completley up to you. Legally you deicde where your car is repaired. We easily work with all insurance companies. Typically all you need to do is drop off your vehicle, give us your claim number, and we'll take care of the rest. We know how stressfull getting into an accident can be, so don't worry, your in good hands. We will handle all of the paperwork and business with your insurance company for you.
