The flowers always looks great. I tried a national brand flower place once, and it wasn't worth it. You guys are fantastic.

A little miscommunication, but it turned out great. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. The bouquet I chose was one of their rose options, and when it came in, the beautiful lady who they were for loved it. However, there weren't as many roses as the picture led me to believe, so I called just to figure out what had happened. I ended up talking to a manager, who sent me an extra, free bouquet of roses. I'm floor about the level of customer service they showed. I wasn't expecting a whole other bouquet. I'll be back.

Don't know anything about flowers but doesn't matter. so I wanted a bouquet for my girlfriend for her birthday and didn't want to get a grocery store bouquet.
