NPTI VA teaches comprehensive fitness courses designed to further your knowledge in areas such as body building, exercise physiology, weight management, weight and personal training in the DC Metro area. We spend 100 hours on program design, 100 hours on anatomy and physiology, 100 hours on nutrition, 100 hours on nutrition, 50 hours apiece on didactic learning and specialty classes, and 200 hours of practical experience.
