Our rates ARE the lowest in South West Florida. We have straightforward, no nonsense prices. No "travel fee," no "$30/half hour" (virtually no repair job takes less than 30 minutes), and most of all, NO SURPRISES. 
Simple, Surprise-Free Prices: $35, $45, or $70:
We have only three prices: Tune-up Price, Hourly Price, and Overnight Price. If you work with us, you will pay one of those three prices, no matter what. You will receive an invoice telling you what your price will be before we start work on your computer. The only possible charges you'll see on your invoice are as follows:
Tune-Up Fee: $35
If you don't need a complete computer overhaul, but would like your computer to run faster, then our Tune-Up is for you. It costs a flat $35, takes about 20-45 minutes and consists of a combination of disk cleanup, registry cleanup, system optimization, internet and download optimization, a quick personalization of your PC or Mac, and much more. We recommend this service at least one time per year. It keeps your system current and adds years to your computer's life.
Hourly Fee: $45
We charge $45/Hour for in-home jobs that deal with a specific problem. That includes any type of repair issue: full virus removal, data recovery, drive installation, RAM/Hard Drive installation, network/router/wireless installation, tutorials and more. There is no "house call fee."
Overnight Rate: $70
Fixing a computer takes time, and if paying hourly, it also takes money...
As an alternative, most customers choose to send their computers with us so we can fix them overnight. The price of this service is a flat $70. It does not change, no matter what. If we fix your computer in 3 hours at our office, you pay $70, if it takes us 12 hours at our office, you pay $70. No surprises. No hidden fees.
The overnight fee includes our $35 tune-up which brings its value to over $100 and you still pay just $. We will get every ounce of power out of your machine and personalize the internet settings to your specific needs to accelerate your downloads and speed up surfing.
If we can't fix it, you don't pay. We are a licensed, innovative and experienced computer repair team.
