After completing the Client Information Sheet online, you simply hit submit and the form will come directly to my attention.

I will then call you to review the form and obtain your payment information. We accept credit cards and debit cards.

It usually takes about a week to complete your paperwork, then it is approved by the Attorney. We will then contact you to schedule a meeting. Affordable Divorce Texas provides all the necessary and completed paperwork to you with detailed instructions regarding your next steps during this meeting.

If your divorce includes Children, we require a copy of your Court Ordered Child Support. If you do not have your child support setup, you can contact the Attorney General's Office at (800) 252-8014 to get this setup. This is a free service.
