This has been hands down and by far the BEST new car buying experience I have ever had! My last NEW car buying experience was 30 years ago, and to say the least, things have changed! It started with getting to know Bobby Morris as a social acquaintance. He never pushed or tried to "sell" me which shows great restraint as I have worked with sales people for many years. As I got to know him better as a friend, I would ask him questions about different Ford models compared to what I have owned in the past. Again, he never pushed.

We knew exactly which Mustang we were looking for when we arrived at the dealership. Mark was quick to get us into the car for a test drive. Mark had the car cleaned up for us while we went over the financials. We looked the car over one more time and made the call to take home our Mustang. Good experience. Never felt any pressure from anyone.

Overall I had a pleasant experience with Covert Ford. This was the first time my wife and I were buying our own new car. We knew we wanted an Explorer with bucket seats, and Covert was quick to give us options (even though the bucket seats limited our choices). It was very nice to be able to talk with Bobby Morris via text/phone and have everything ready before I ever stepped foot into the dealership. There was a bit of a miscommunication regarding rebates, but at the end of the day, Covert was giving me the best deal with our exact specifications.

Excellent customer service. The two reasons I purchased at Covert Ford Austin is because I located a vehicle that met my needs and wants, but mainly because of the salesman, Ricardo Costa. Mr. Costa was friendly and relazed and did not push the sale, but provided the information for me as the customer and worked with me on price negotiation. I have walked away from many vehicle purchases over the years because the salesman was pushy and did not come across as fair and honest.
