The very WORST property Management you can ever hire. David Geramita 210-582-0210 is irresponsible in handling the properties. I am very disappointed of his services. He charges for services on properties and never actually does the work. Items such an AC unit on a property. WHAT A SCAM THIS OLD MAN IS. He does not return phone calls and blames his assistant Diana Garcia. I lost lots of money due to his services. If you confront him he will NOT release you from the contract because the tenants don't want to let you go. He tells the same to the tenants from you as the landlord. He forged my signatures on lease agreements!. I had to file police reports and conduct a criminal investigation with the Texas Real Estate Commissioner. I wished I had known. He works for REMAX but according to them he is independent and therefore take no responsibility for his actions.

I would not EVER use his services again.
