Service Dept does the best it with its overcrowded location. Other Service Depts are located inside with a/c but this one is outdoors and on hot days (6 months/year) can be uncomfortable for client and especially for staff.

The experience was fine but when I was making an appointment your service department instead of accommodating my schedule he was more concerned of accommodating his own schedule instead mine. he was more concerned by telling me that the morning was very busy but yet he could not tell me a time slot that would be available to me this is poor customer service you are there for the customer and not for your own priorities it's your job a customer does not want to hear how busy you are in the morning a customer wants to hear is that you accommodate them and it would be no problem not an excuse of why you cannot schedule an appointment in the morning

My experience with Torre Nissan was nothing short of great. I was greeted my an employee named Scott Green and he explained to me the process that I would be going through step by step which was very helpful considering I don't know much about car servicing. Also, while waiting, every employee I came in contact with offered me refreshments as well as snack,It was a very comfortable enbiornment. I was able to get in and out in 1hr and 30min which is perfectly fine considering they were able to squeeze me in even though I got there right before closing hours which I appreciate especially since I wasn't given any upset looks like at other dealerships I've been to. I would definitely come back andI will recommend this Torre Nissan to my friends and family.

Mark was very friendly and nice. He helped me get a very important recall done, despite the computer having issues. It was a Saturday morning, so very busy. He also squeezed in an oil change, as well as washed the outside and checked the air in my tires. Mark is the first person I've met since Alan that has been very attentive and outgoing.

Everyone is always kind and friendly. It was busy. I told my service guy I need to be out by 10:00am (I had made an appointment for 8:30am for an oil change only.) At 10:15am, I went outside to check in with him and saw my car sitting there, just waiting. Kind of frustrated since he told me it would 45 minutes at the most, instead it was almost 2 hours.

Everything was clean. All the customers seemed pleasantly content with their experiences. The vending machines had plenty of options and worked. I was experiencing electrical issues inside the cab and outside on my Frontier. Juan and the tech(s) at Torre worked very hard to find and fix the issue. Now my Frontier is back to normal with everything working! I can't them enough for everything! Juan was awesome and always gave me updates on the status of my truck to make sure I was in the loop.

We wish that when the vehicle is being returned to the owner after service, that the paper cover on the floor mat of the driver's side is left in place, as in our case, it had been removed and the person who drove our car to deliver it to us had left a greasy stain on the carpet we had installed.

I went into the dealership just to look at a car I saw on line. I was met by Percy who showed me the car and then took me for a really informative test drive. The more he demonstrated the car the more I wanted it. Percy was the absolute nicest sales person I have ever dealt with. He made certain I felt comfortable with the payments and purchasing the car. He took me quickly to the rental car place so I could save money on my rental car. He took me to get my car that was at a repair shop to bring the car to the dealership. He then took me and introduced me to all of the people I would be dealing with when I brought my car back for servicing. I must say I was so impressed with my experience with how the people at this dealership interacted with me.

Juan Castillo provided great customer service. The one thing that amazed me was Juan was my tech on my last visit in January 2016 and I didn't know I had left my service maintenance book at the service center. When I pulled up to service dept. on 2/4/16 Juan came up to me and said I forgot my book on my last visit. The service dept. deals with a lot of people and I was amazed Juan remembered me!

My experience on 2/4/16 was great Juan gave me an estimate and came out to what he said. He called me when vehicle was ready for pick up and provided a courtesy outside wash on the car. My car feels like a new vehicle. Thank you Juan!

Great customer service! Eric Steele set up an appointment with the body shop to fix a scratch on our brand new Armada we bought. Excellent service from Scott Green. However, the service dept needs some clerical/phone help. It's impossible to reach anybody - phone rings back to operator, no one is able to answer because service personnel are busy serving customers. Miss the days that there was a cashier/clerk helping out.

it was a busy Wednesday morning I arrived about 9 in the morning my wait was about 10 to 15 minutes I asked the service rep if this was a good morning for an oil change he said no problem and received my car I had planned to write out some bills but I saw someone I knew and she had also brought in her car for the same reason so we talked and talked and caught up with family news then my car was ready and I had one of your bananas cause the ones I had at home were way to ripe to be eaten.

We were having a horrible experience. We recently dropped off my wife's Juke because the AC was not working.My wife got a call that her Juke was ready to pick up, after a week in the shop, but when she went to pick it up, the ac was still not working. This set the mood at a pretty bad place, because we live in 29 Palms and it was a long drive for nothing. If it was not for the outstanding treatment that we received from Mark Belmonte, we might not have ever returned. He was very sympathetic to our situation. He made sure that our car was given priority to try and see why the problem was not resolved. He made sure that we had refreshments and checked in with us every few minutes to see if we needed anything while we were waiting. Unfortunately, the car needed a part that had to be ordered, so we had to leave it down there still. We could tell that he was genuinely concerned about our situation and he went above and beyond to try and make our day a little better. As long as he is employed there, we will definataly return for all of our service calls. Outstanding employee!

Sem is the employee that helped me out. He was absolutely fantastic! I am a manager for a business and if I could I would try to have him work for me. His customer service skills are exceptional to say the least. He really made me feel like I was a valued customer. I had a bad experience the previous time I went and this visit was going to determine if I'll come back or not and Sem won my business. Now the only probl is if he's not there I'm not getting my car serviced. I don't trust anyone at Torre Nissan other than Sem and Carlos (the man that sold me my car). I am always happy with the outcome of my service appointments with Torre Nissan. However, this time I am a bit upset with the fact that I had to wait almost half an hour for the service folks to get my car back to me. I kept being told someone would bring it up but it never came. Finally, the lady service person (Christina I believe) saw me standing around and was kind enough to help me. She found my car parked in the front parking lot and drove it around for me. It was parked there for a long time so had she not helped me when she did I would have been waiting much longer. By the way, I was not the only person waiting for their car.

I bring my car to nissan because I like having it serviced by nissan experts. I brought my car in for rear break service but every time I come into this location I have to wait at least 10 minutes to be helped even when I have an appointment. They always offer a car wash but sometimes they don't wash it. When I mention it to the service advisor he'll offer to get it washed but then I have to wait another 15 minutes. Dean made sure my car was washed and called me as soon as my service was done.

From start to finish all was great. I got my car in first thing, service was done it a timely manner, 30,000 mile check up so it did take some time. Mark B would check in on me and give me eta's on when my car would be ready. I find the waiting area very comfortable, which makes the long waits easier.

Very satisfied with the service.....this was about my 4th visit for service. Everyone was polite and professional....happened to be a very busy day, but everyone seemed to handle it well. Nice touch to have water, bananas and apples for those of us who wait for their vehicles.....it was gratefully appreciated.

I had taken my wife's Sentra in for the 30k mile service. Juan as always took very good care of me as he's the only service advisor I'll go unless I'm forced to use someone else. He also referred us to Jose Herrera who eventually sold us a new Nissan Pathfinder that same day. Thanks again Juan for taking care of me and my vehicles when I bring them in for service!

My experience is usually good but not this time. I made an appt for a minor service and it took 2 hours (while I waited). It seems that making an appt doesn't put you in any better position than someone just walking in. Also they forgot to wash the car even after 2 discussions about a complimentary car wash.

I brought the Juke in for a minor scratch to be fixed as a new car work order. Evidently, the order was lost, or delayed and I was not very happy. But Cecilia stepped in, got me a free rental car and had my Juke delivered to me at home. She really saved a disturbing situation. The scratch was completely fixed perfectly.
