I will NEVER buy or eat anything from this store. The owner of the store was incredibly rude to me and my daughter. At one point she snatched something out of my daughters hand that I was actually going to purchase. She was saying very unkind words about children to another customer right in front of me and my daughter. The breaking point that actually made me leave and I decided not to purchase the things I had gathered from her store (which was about $90 worth of things) was when she told my daughter if she touched one more thing in her store she would make her leave in a highly disrespectful and horribly mean tone. It made her break down in tears right then and there. My daughter was in my possesion the whole time and I thought this was incredibly rude and not needed. I couldn't believe an owner of a store could act so base to a customer and most likely a reccuring one for that fact. I would NOT satisfy this poor excuse of a lady to give her my money by purchasing any of her overpriced items!

18$ for a green scone(artificially colored YUK) with home made cream and preserves-good, a pot of tea-good, a tea cup of soup(delicious), and various little sandwiches( I hope you LOVE dill) was acceptable on it's own. Unfortunately the owner was thoroughly unpleasant. A former Air Force Lt. Col. in temperament is not what I look for when I am spending a leisurely afternoon and spending over 18$. I can't imagine there are many people in the Antelope Valley who have the desire or kind of money necessary to endure her treatment. Such a shame as her cooking shows real potential.
