Larry helped my family with a very tough sublease negotiation, and a hostile landlord who did not want to cooperate. My parents are from Cambodia and do not speak English very well. Larry was patient, and helpful, and helped them successfully arrange a new subtenant taking over their large commercial lease after their business failed.

Larry Nash appears to be a well educated man, freindly, and cordial..but not so!!This story is too long to tell here.If you're planning on hiring him DON'T.He's all smooge and preforms nothing on the clients behalf(me). At first it was bait and switch with his fees.Within 24 hrs I fired him.He stated he had put the 'check in the mail'that same day that was 2 mo ago.I even showedd up at his office unanounced and caught him there where he then wrote me a check.The check was no good. This has gone on for at least 60 days now phone calls and empty promises.If you want a lawyer look anywhere but here.....God bless...:( neg. 4stars a real crook!!!!!
