I had case of eviction whit Bob, I had very strong case with violent people but he made me to pay them after 7 months non pay rent and lots of damages to my house. He start case with mistake and make me to settle with them and postponed 3 times in court which one time he said I don't have time to answer other party lawyer.... he got money but did not do anything towards the case. He is so sneaky person, no helpful at all. Waste of money and time to ruin the case if hire him. Not recommend him at all.

Mr. Corsun does NOT follow the rules of the court in regards to mailing copies of documents that he has filed to the defendant or the defendant's attorney. I am the defendant in a case that Mr. Corsun represented for the Plaintiff's (a husband and wife who is annoying, intrusive, GREEDY, and seemingly mentally warped). I had been renting from them for 5 years. They filed a U.D. 1 day after my lease expired for TERM LEASE EXPIRATION. Mr. Corsun deliberately excluded pages 1 and 3 of the complaint in the documents that were served upon me, so I filed a Motion to Strike. The judge denied the motion, I filed my Answer. It took Mr. Corsun dam near 60 days to get a judgment ruled in the Plaintiff's favor. In addition, he did not send me copies of two docs that he filed with the court. According to Rule 8.25. Service, filing, and filing fees, he was required to do so. I am sure that he is not the only lawyer that doesn't play by the rules, but he happened to be the lawyer that made contact with savvy me. Though I ended up losing the case, I feel that I did a dam good job at representing myself.
