Horrible business. Scheduled appointment with me for following business day, then their receptionist phoned to cancel several hours later and told me a plumber was on his way to me "right now" even though I wasn't home. When I politely and reasonably expressed dissatisfaction I was transferred to Eddie who was incredibly rude, cursed at me, told me he didn't need my business and to "F off" and find someone else to do the job. There are countless plumbers in the valley. This one doesn't want your money so don't give it to him.
