I agree with "customer". Jerry is VERY hard to get a hold of! He NEVER returns calls! We have called and left message after message with no response. Finally, we receive a call and you can't get a word in edge wise because he is to busy telling you how bad of a client you have been! What?? What a waste of $5000 for someone who is hired to protect you!!

I had left a message with the answering service late on a Saturday night when my husband was arrested and landed in jail. I was suprised when Mr. Nicholson personally called me back the next morning. He convinced me to come in for a free consultation, accommodating me on a Sunday. He explained the court process, our options, and consequences, and answered all the questions I had. It made me feel a lot better knowing more about it all. He charged us $500.00 less than what was pre-printed on his retainer. It was all over in 3 court appearances with a more than favorable outcome. I have recommended him to friends and gave his card to other family members.
