Stay away! Came to this nail place on a spur of the moment. The only good thing about this place is that there was no wait and considering that we went there on a Saturday, this was surprising. But now I know why they don't have a lot of customers. They are very rude. ZERO customer service skills AT ALL! Went there with two young kids who did not misbehave but just spoke aloud a lot - just like any other normal kid or even normal adults for that matter. We were told not to come back with the kids because apparently they were "too loud." one staff there even told one of the kids to "hurry, hurry because I have another customer coming soon" wheN choosing her color. if she had been talking to an adult-paying customer, that would not have been acceptable at all. Stay away from this place at all costs. I suggest they put a sign up front "no kids allowed - be quiet at all times" too bad that they are next to menchies.
