Most EXPENSIVE service! Don't go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don't have to pay for.

I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn't know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. I found that their price ($330 for a 4-wheel non-active suspension) was a complete rip-off and every other BMW dealership within 50 miles charged significantly less (including Beverly Hills BMW at $150). I pointed this out to the service adviser who spoke to the manager but the manager wouldn't budge at all on the price. Apparently she didn't care to keep me or the people I know with BMWs as customers. I will certainly not buy my next BMW there or ever get a service there again.

I had a tough experience at this place. I had to bring my car at least twice to a issue resolved. Oh by the way another thing is that if you didn't get a service loaner expect to leave your vehicle for minimum 2 days. No matter what the service issue may be. I think when the Beverly Hills BMW service center opens they will loose quite a bit of customers, me for sure. The finance department also is the worst of all the dealership I been to. Rude and uneducated employees.The only thing that's acceptable at this place is pricing on the online parts and accessories. It is little cheaper that other dealers.

Hahaha... check out all the remarks! Funny how they are all names with one letter for their last name. All the stars are FIVE and... they are all within minutes of each other. You do not have to do anything on this site to give them a star. No log in, nothing. I bet that they had someone at the office sit and within minutes of each other write each one! Pacific SUCKS! Not only do they rip you off... they obviously write their own reviews to make them look good! Go to other sites you will see TONS of people complain about them! LOSERS!!

I told everyone how wonderful my experience was at Pacific BMW. Every single staff member was friendly and always had a smile on their face. I enjoyed coming in knowing I do not have to argue with someone or get disapointed with something going wrong.

My service adviser was great. He was curtious and polite when I brought my vehicle in. The only concern I have is that my vehicle took an extra 2 hours to be serviced and I was not aware until I called back to inquiry about the delay. A heads up will be nice if there is delays. Sarkis K(56209)

I arrived on very short notice with a car battery that kept dying. My concern was that the car would die on my wife while she had our children. My service provider, Greg, promised we would get to the bottom of this ongoing problem I had been having. The service manager, was tremendously accommodating in terms of getting me a loaner on very short notice. I'm happy to say that my service experience was tremendous from top to bottom.  Everyone was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The car is running great, and all of my needs were not just met, but surpassed. Thank you Greg and the techs and Pacific BMW for fixing my wife's car.

I was very pleased by how the whole process went so smoothly and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend to go see the sales representative I saw if anyone around me are planning on getting a BMW. I went through internet sales and he was the most clear, honest, and friendly person I've talked to out of all BMW dealerships in LA!

First and foremost, I'd like to mention that the two men I've dealt with so far are excellent. They have such great personalities! I recently switch over from Asseal BMW for service due to convenience. At first I was kind of hesistant because I thought they did a great job as well. However to my surprise, Pacific BMW is so much better. I guess you'll never know until you try it. If those two guys are any indication of the rest of the crew- service is overall excellent!

I greatly appreciate the virtual office cubes with internet connection. It allows me to drop off my vehicle, work while waiting for the vehicle's return, and prevents the cost and time associated with a courtesy vehicle.
