As a property manager of 8 properties the job of managing apartment buildings in Los Angeles area I have been worked with many security companies over the years. They all have their flaws, because they either take long to respond to requests or their guards are unprofessional.

Metroguard in turn provides professional guards. They have supervisors that check on their guards every night and pick up their phone when I need them. Their consultants pick up their phone immediately if I need them to make any changes. This is important when you manage as many apartment buildings as our mangement company handles.
