Decore Plating

Worst experience of my life! Went to Decore plating inc., dropped off 4 wheels to be stripped of there chrome finish. Was meet by man whom quoted me a price, after agreeing to price I asked how long it would take, with a quick responds assured me no longer than a week. After 2 weeks and no call proceeded to call them back When asked about my rims no one seemed to know what I was talking about. This went on for approximately a week. Then going up the chain to the boss/owner, was told they lost 1 of my rims..... He then told me not to worry he would find me another rim taken an additional 3 weeks. Shortly after gives me a call telling me they will be done but needs another week. Was called 2 weeks later to let me know they were ready. As the conversation progressed he told me how much money he lost in the whole deal and then told me the price which was twice the original amount. Then agreed to the original price. The wheel they replaced was cracked costing additional money. BEWARE!!!!!!!
