Reach your potential at PFC. Let our certified fitness professionals work with you in the areas of strength training, conditioning, flexibility and toning. We offer group exercise classes for a variety of ages and fitness levels.


Personal Training

We offer personal training programs at low rates to our members. Programs are tailored to your individual needs. They can include fitness evaluations, workout development, instruction and motivation, swimming lessons, bridal bootcamps, and other assistance to help you get the most out of your fitness routine.

Atmosphere: We are a locally owned, community oriented, fitness facility conveniently located in downtown Omaha.
