We perform a comprehensive physical exam and medical history to develop a personalized treatment program to speed and maximize recovery. Our therapists use the following interventions to help you reach your goals: -Exercise to improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance -Joint mobilization to restore or correct alignment and motion in the spine or extremities following any injury or immobilization -Soft tissue mobilization, a hands-on technique to reduce muscle tightness and spasms and reduce edema or swelling -Ergonomic instruction to help perform daily or work activities in a more efficient manner, and to help reduce reoccurrences.
