Individual Fitness Solutions (IFS) provides a facility that is friendly, intimate, professional and motivating. All personal trainers are insured, professionally certified, and/or hold a degree in a health or fitness related field. We offer one-on-one & small group fitness training in our fitness sudio, or your home. Training sessions are by appointment to fit your schedule.
