Save your time. This guy tries to lock you down on your first phone call with him about color and whether you'd want the concrete stamped even though you tell him this is a project that involves removal of an old deck (via the new deck company) and will need work and grading done to do the concrete first floor level. He tells us he'll come over on Sunday, never gives an ETA, when I reached out on Sunday to see the time he'll be here since we can't hold the entire day, he says he'll be here in twenty. We've been home waiting for him but instead of him knocking on our door or telling us he's here, he apparently trespassed into our yard and then sends an unprofessional text that ends with telling us to keep the 30 year old deck we're trying to replace. No explanation. No cost. No details about why he can't or won't do it. But apparently it's more complicated than a job that could have been signed during our initial phone call when he tried to pressure for decisions on concrete color etc without ever seeing the yard or size of concrete patio we would need. If you don't want someone giving you the runaround or apparently wandering through your yard instead of showing up like a professional company to meet with you, save yourself the time and don't bother with this company that lacks professionalism, is not on time, and doesn't bother to meet you face-to-face for your scheduled appointment and instead just trespasses onto your property and then sends you rude text messages.
