I used Crawford Mechanical Services to unclug a sewer line. Technician came on Monday, as scheduled, used a short drain snake to unclug, at a cost of $ 354.00, but had water back up again by Thursday. Called the office early on Friday to report the problem. This company was charging full service again and would not warrant their work. However, they sent a technician out "just to look" late on Friday. The man didn't attempt to unclug the drain and only suggested digging exterior pipes at a cost of $ 2,000.00. The man was rude, unpleasant, disrepectful and clearly didn't want to be there. Called Nate, Supervisor to report but never returned call. This company has very poor costumer service, will give you all kind of run around and take advantage of costumers with plumbing problems. They do not have your best interest in mind. Be cautious and careful to invite them into your home.
