Ridiculous waste of time and money is an understatement! The company is a fraud. They are dishonest and they should be ashamed to offer such a class! The instructor began class almost 30 minutes late and let us out at 4:30 pm when the class was scheduled til 6. The instructor basically read the booklet to us and did some demonstration, but complained frequently that the supplies/glassware/etc needed were not there. He spent a lot of the class time talking about his early drinking and drug use. The facility's toilet was overflowing in the floor and there was urine in the floor, so we were unable to use restroom while there. He did not seem too bothered by this and just said it never works. The class was very unprofessional and we did not learn anything we set out to learn in the course. When confronted about the issue, the school said they had no record of me as a student, however they certainly had no problem charging my credit card. Can someone PLEASE Close this business!!
