I have been a patient for about 10 years and had always love going there until today. I was so disapointed with the service provided. First I had a 2:30 appointment for both a cleaning and additional work. I had my teeth clean immedatedly and was expected to see the dentist immediately after only to be told he was running an hour behind. I went out for a bit and returned in an hour only to wait for another 1/2 hour in the waiting room then taken back and waited another 1/2 hour for the dentist. Then his assistant came in and said he will be right in. I waited another 15 minutes. He came in did not apologize and then give me the shot to num my gums. I then waited another 20 minutes and still nothing. It is now 5:30, three hours later. I got so upset I got up and left. While I waited for the elevator, the front desk clerk asked, were you seen and gave her a dirty look and said no, got into the elevator and left. Having choices is a wonderful thing.
