Towbuster Towing

Their “driver,” tried to cut me off in traffic by forcing me out of the lane and into construction cones when I had the ROW. When I honked my disapproval, I was met with the middle finger from the passenger. When I pulled alongside, the finger-boy said "Really?" (both a measure of his intellect or lack there-of.) It left me wondering if the number he held up was his IQ...With smarmy smirks, they defiantly glared at us, and I read the telephone number on the truck's door aloud, to which the driver said "Go ahead and call, he'll tell you to go F*@K yourself!" WOW! Model amb-ASS-adors for their employer's business and icons of Customer Service!

I would not recommend this towing service to anyone, I was to anxious to get my vehicle towed and the company that I originally had in mind was back up that day, so Towbuster was the last choice. Very unprofessional, did not give me a receipt of the transaction, I had to run them down to get an receipt. They did not give me back my key to vehicle but swears they did, but it was not returned. I then followed up with the guy who towed my truck to let them know I did not get my key. That was pointless, I then called the owner of the company, they were very rude and nasty. And was all on his employee side, really didn't care to hear what I had to say, could barely get a word in. And why would I be wasting anyone's time if I had my key? I wouldn't want to steal my own vehicle. And they claim the same as well, they wouldn't do it, but how would I know. So now I have to purchase another key, just more money to spend. They could at least been nicer without the attitude. This company is just in business for a fast bucks. If I was ever stranded and needed towing service, I would never in life call these people or refer them to my worst enemy..just ridiculous overall..I hope they get it together, this was a learning experience..Have patience..God bless
