They're billing practices are predatory. they will renew your yearly membership without notifying you, and when you attempt to cancel and refund the membership within 24hours of renewal they tell you that you get access to the gym for the remainder of the month of cancellation, and because you have access the gym they cant refund your yearly membership fee. save your money and sign up with a gym that values you as a person and treats you as such.
