About Us Clinica San Miguel is a multi-specialty family medicine practice that boasts 11 locations throughout Texas, including three in Dallas, five in Houston, and one each in Fresno, Farmers Branch, Arlington, and Pasadena.  With bilingual English and Spanish-speaking providers, the practice is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive care for Hispanic communities. In 2015, Clinica San Miguel’s first location launched with its Alianza Medica Hispana facility.
