Drug out our bathroom remodel for months and never finished it, properly.
They talk great on phone and text, but never come through on their promises.

This company came in and did about 1/2 the work they were supposed to do then never came back. About 1/2 of the work they did do needs to be redone. We have sued them in court, filed criminal fraud charges with District Attorney's office and are working with the Attorney General's office to get their license revoked.
