BEWARE!! I have never written a review, positive or negative online, but the owner of this shop has no interest in taking responsibility or accountability when they deliver a defective flower arrangement, yet she will have no issue calling you a liar in the beginning of your conversation and say it couldn’t be their fault. I’ve never had to apologize for giving a Valentine’s floral arrangement, but this is what I had to do to my wife. This arrangement has a broken vase with loose glass shards and an absolutely pathetic arrangement for the $100+ I paid. Their employee was more concerned about making it right than the owner. The owner’s solution was to have me get my money back from 1800flowers. I didn’t want my money back, I wanted a Valentine’s gift that I would be proud to give my wife, but the owner didn’t have time to for that, nor the care of pride in her own shop’s work. I’m sure they make good arrangements, but it’s not how you handle the successful transactions, it’s how you handle your mistakes that shows your character. This owner failed her business, employees and customer. You be the judge.
