We've hired All City for two projects - first to clear a difficult clog and install a sewer liner and clean-out after we had repeated problems with back-ups due to settling in old clay pipes, and later to install some french drains around our yard to resolve a long-standing drainage issue. David was super responsive for both projects, took the time to answer all of our questions and discuss options, gave very competitive quotes, and gave us regular updates as the work proceeded. We were able to schedule the work promptly for both projects and his crew was efficient and left the work site in as good a condition as they found it. He even followed up with us several weeks later both times to confirm everything was functioning as expected and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Great communication, great work, and great prices.

Our drain backed up. Another company cleared the clog but we needed repairs to the underground "pipe". Frustratingly the original company did not perform that work. We called All City Repair on the advice of another plumber. They came out right way to look at the problem and give us an estimate. They showed up 48 hours later and repaired the underground "pipe" and installed a "cleanout". They were even good natured about my watching the whole process. We are very satisfied and would suggest this company to anyone with similar issue!
