Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build a bigger booty, or simply improve your health and quality of life, my private personal training studio is for you! Train in peace without the distraction of other members. I offer 1-on-1 training and semi-private training (2-4 people at a time) if you want to workout with a partner. Because this is not a membership gym, clients get all the benefits from working out in their own unique, private personal training space. I aspire to be the type of trainer I want to work with, so I don’t simply, “count reps.” I'm here to give you the best, and most rewarding experience possible. Building strong relationships with clients, creating an uplifting atmosphere, and catering workouts according to each client’s goal is what I'm all about.
