I purchased the door for my home in NJ. I wanted to make sure it could handle our winter temperatures without drafts and without heat loss. The door was installed at the end of summer, so I couldn't tell how bad it would be til months later. The door was not air-tight, and if you stood close to it, you could feel the cold air coming in. Calling the company, I was given instructions on how to adjust the door by video and by steaming in real time. After 3 days of this with no improvement (it may have gotten worse, I just bought every weather stripping product I could find on Amazon, and added my own weather-stripping to the door. I stopped the air leaks, but with the added thickness of the weather stripping, the door does not close as smoothly as it did before. WHEN THE DOORS ARE OPEN, THEY DO NOT STAY OPEN. I NEEDED TO SECURE THEM WITH A BUNGI CORD. The company sent me magnets to "fix" the problem, and they arrived without installation instructions, and without installation hardware. After 4 emails and 3 phone calls, they still have not sent me what I need. I am disappointed in the company (Teza Doors) and their lack of service.
