MRT is a combination of myofascial massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching that targets the problem area(s) and allows you to get the most muscle tension relief in a shorter period of time. MRT is perfect for anyone with muscles that need attention, but who doesn’t want to invest time and money into a full body massage.
All sessions are 10 minutes in length and require no undressing or hassles. If no one is waiting, MRT sessions can be extended to up to 30 minutes per person.
