I guide couples and young adults, ages 25-45, in a transformative process that strengthens relationships, heals conflict and betrayal wounds and deepens growth and connection which enables you and your partner to enjoy a happier, more rewarding life together.

Clients come to me when they feel lost and confused, stuck in emotional knots, aching to feel safe, heard, and understood, and when the pain of repeated conflicts becomes too intense to ignore. Days, weeks, months, and even years can be lost to painful cycles of conflict and disconnection, and they are ready for a change. I guide these couples on a path of healing that restores hope and confidence in their relationship and in their future together.

I also provide individual therapy for young adults who find themselves feeling uncertain about life, helpless, or overwhelmed. I create a safe and compassionate space where clients learn to recognize their inner compass and their innate capacities to heal and grow stronger. Working with me, clients learn how to unburden themselves of painful memories and associations from their past, making way for new spaces of possibility, where inner wisdom and confidence can grow and flourish.
