Do not do business with this company. Brian Phillips requires 50% upfront to start the job. When he gets the money he will never show up and he will not answer your calls or emails. He took my money in July 2022 with a start date of August 26, 2022. He didn’t show up until late September 2022. He only showed up twice leaving a large pile of busted concrete in my front yard. I requested my money back in late October 2022 and he agreed to refund the full payment. It’s January 2023 and I still have not received my money. Brian Phillips is very smooth, he will tell you he will do something but he will be a no show. Do not give him any money upfront. I don’t know his quality of finished work but I have found many reviews saying it’s not good. I also found a newspaper article that advised he was arrested in January 2022 for doing exactly what he is doing to me. Obviously he hasn’t changed his ways.
