I'm glad I saw Kurt here! He is the best agent we've ever had. When we bought our new home, he met us out there every week and he showed us what was in the walls before drywall and looked for red flags for stuff out of place. The builder paid for him and he was worth his weight in gold. Use him if you need a Realtor who also protects you and knows the market.
